Amazon problems, written up by the problem

Not growth stories. These are the specific account failures that stall a catalogue — split variations, suppressed listings, restricted claims, hijackers and flat-file errors — with the diagnosis and the fix for each.

How to use these

Know whether the same fix applies to your account

Each case describes the symptoms as they appear in Seller Central, what was wrong underneath, and the order the fix was applied in.

What to check on your own account

Every case here describes a problem you can verify against your own account: whether your variation family is intact, whether your target terms are actually indexed, whether the claims in your copy are permitted in your category, whether anyone else is attached to your ASINs. If the symptoms match, the diagnosis probably does too.

Client details are kept confidential. The underlying records are walked through in full on the audit call.

Next step

Recognise any of these on your account?

Send the error text, the ASIN or a screenshot. You will get a straight read on the cause before anyone talks about scope.

Not ready to hand over access? Send one question about your account instead — ask without booking anything. Or read the numbers first on client results.
